Eleven months already. That seems absolutely crazy. But its true. Our baby is just one month away from a year old. I'm so sad to see how fast this time has gone.
Happy 11 Months Bryell! We love you!

Relaxing!
Well this was officially the first weekend with no basketball and having Jeffrey home! We have done nothing but watch movies and lay low all weekend. It has been so fun! It wasn't quite warm enough to go for a walk outside but we played with every one of Bryell's toys inside!
It was a good time for this weekend to fall, Bryell had a fever most of the week and I could tell I was on the verge of getting sick also.
I did have to take advantage of this weekend because next weekend Jeff has basketball, again. But we had fun.
We have no news on our house. We have only had three people look at it- which I guess for the off season, is good. We will keep it on the market until the house we are interested in is no longer on the market :) If you know of anyone moving to the area- recommend our house to them! Its very well kept!
And also- Bryell is officially in 12 month pants- has been for a few weeks now. Her onesies are still 6-9 months and even slightly loose, so she must be all legs!

Standing Tall
Bryell now stands holding onto anything! She crawls to the couch, stands on it, and reaches for anything in grasp, she crawls to the papason, stands on it, reaches around for everything, she crawls to her saucer, stands on it and plays with all the toys from the outside of it. She is getting so quick at crawling too, she will race us around the house. I have noticed her a few times now get into a bear crawl position almost like she is trying to stand up with nothing! She is growing and developing so quickly!
Bryell loves to point. She points at everything and anything She loves light switches, every light switch we walk by she points to it and wants to play with it. I'm sure that will be a fun one in the future when she can reach them herself. :)
The thing I am sad to report on Bryell, but it of course was eventually going to come, is that she is strong willed! She loves her way and is learning how to work it so she gets her way. She has always stopped breathing in her crying but it usually could be controlled. Now, when we set her down and she doesn't want to be set down, she instantly cries and within seconds is holding her breath. As concerned parents we used to run to her freaking out trying to get her to breathe- until we realized that is WHY she was doing it, she knew that way she could get her way, oy. We have our hands full!!
She gives great hugs and we love her hugs. She is either really cuddly or will push us away and want nothing to do with us, but we sure treasure those hugs!!

Weekend Away
So we took off to Casper on Friday after school to go to state basketball. What a different trip- Jeffrey was with us- it made it that much more fun! I definitely got my fill of basketball. We only watched basketball (which of course I knew going into it), we didn't go shopping or anything! We got to hang out with some other Lyman people while watching the games. AND, we got to see Josh, Kara, and Brecken, which was super fun! It was such a quick trip that we only got to watch basketball games together, but that was better then nothing!
Bryell was a rockstar there. She sat through an entire day of basketball games. She took a short nap in the car which ended up being right at an hour (I stayed in there with her until she woke up). She was so happy until the last game-which started about 8:30. We left a little after halftime to get her to bed. The drive home also was really great, she was happy until about 20 minutes out. All in all, it was a nice, relaxing getaway!

Bryell the Bookworm
Bryell has discovered that she LOVES books. We have tried to read to her a couple times a week since she was born but she is starting to take the initiative herself now. She will grab a book, open it, talk for a little bit, turn the page, talk a bit more, turn the page, talk some more, etc. The whole time she has a big smile on her face. Its super cute!

Last Minute Changes
On Sunday evening, my phone was on silent still from church. When I went to grab it at 10 to take it to the room I realized I had a text from our babysitter, Lindsay. She was sick and asked if I could find someone else for Bryell tomorrow. I was pretty stressed since it was so late and I couldn't really call anyone. I texted one of my friends who used to do at home daycare. She readily agreed, thank goodness! Lindsay still was sick on Tuesday and that day was a bit harder to find someone to watch her. A few weeks ago a mom at our school randomly came up to me and told me that if we ever needed someone to fill in and watch Bryell she would be more then willing to. Thank goodness for that! I called her up Monday evening and she said she would love to! Bryell went over to her house and didn't even cry when we left! I think they both had fun. She took Bryell and her son for a walk to the library and they played lots.
We are so fortunate to have so many amazing people that are willing to watch Bryell when we need someone. We have Lindsay and now we have at least 4 backups! Yay! One of the ladies I called to help us out actually told me if I couldn't find anyone she would cancel the appointment she had so she could step in for us.

Busy Week~
I missed my goal of updating once a week. It has been a crazy time! On the 23rd, Lindsay called me at work and said Bryell was very unhappy. She was the same on the 24th and 25th when I was home with her. She woke up EVERY 45 MINUTES on the 25th. I just assumed teething. Well, on Friday, the 26th, we played Mountain View at Mountain View. I went to pick Bryell up after school and head over to the games. When I got to Lindsay's, she told me that Bryell had a rough day again and that she was pretty sure something was wrong with her. I said I was probably going to take her in to the doctor the next day if we had a night like we had that Thursday. As we are driving to the games, something kept nagging at me to take her in right then. I took her to public health and asked what they thought- if I should take her to the doctor or not. They said yes. I ran over to the clinic here at 4:30. They were super nice and fit us in. The doctor told me Bryell had quite the ear infection in both ears and gave her medicine. Instead of going to the games, we went home and cuddled. I felt awful, I'm pretty sure she had that ear infection for a few days before I took her in. Next time, I will act a little bit quicker. Bryell is such a happy baby, I should have known better.
On Sunday, the 28th, I went to Casper for the school improvement conference. Those trips are always fun to get to know the teachers in other buildings, the teachers in my building a bit better, and the administrators. I got back Tuesday evening. Wednesday I spent trying to catch up with my college class work. Thursday was regionals. My parents came up for the weekend. It was so nice to have them here. I am pretty homesick and having them here helps with that a little bit. My mom stayed home from the game Thursday and watched Bryell- the game was at 7 and the boys followed so it was a bit late for her. I think Bryell enjoyed Grandma time. They read lots of books together and it was pretty cute, after my mom left Bryell was still going to the books they read together, almost like she remembered. My parents, Bryell, and I spent most of Friday at the house. It started to snow outside so it was nice to just relax at home. They left Saturday afternoon.
The girls did not make it to state- they played really well, just couldn't finish it. I know the coaches were proud though, they played their hearts out. It was close to the best I have seen them play this year. But not making it to state means that basketball season is over and Jeffrey will be home lots more, so it is bittersweet.
